Administrative Service Winter Internship Pilot Programme 2015
Eligible Hong Kong students studying at tertiary institutions in Australia or New Zealand are now welcome to apply for the Administrative Service Winter Internship Pilot Programme 2015 (Programme).The Programme gives students who wish to pursue a career in the Administrative Service hands-on experience of working in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG).
The Administrative Service forms a cadre of professional administrators who play a key role in the HKSARG. They are involved in policy formulation, resource allocation and implementation of major Government programmes.
The employment period of the Programme will last for about two months from around mid-December 2015 to mid-February 2016. All successful applicants will be offered identical terms of employment.
During the internship period, participants will be exposed to duties similar in nature to the duties of Administrative Officers in assigned posts in Government bureaux or departments. Students may also have the chance to visit various Government offices and/or relevant public organisations.
