Basic Law exhibition opens in Sydney

A week-long exhibition entitled ‘Discover the Basic Law and Hong Kong’ opened today (March 7) in Sydney.

Organised by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Sydney (HKETO), the exhibition will run until March 13 (Sunday) on Level 3 Lobby of the Broadway Shopping Centre, Sydney.

The Basic Law is the constitutional document of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). The exhibition aims to introduce the content and implementation of the Basic Law, and to showcase the vibrancy and unique characteristics of Hong Kong as Asia’s world city.

Presented in an interactive approach, the exhibition broadcasts different videos on Hong Kong. Visitors may use the tablets provided or their own smart phones to watch the videos. They are encouraged to take photos at the exhibition and interact with HKETO via the office’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HK.AU.NZ.
